For almost two additional years of maturation, the barrels selected by Billy Walker formed the wooden home for the single malt Whiskey that initially matured in Bourbon Barrels.
Now, in June 2021, the first three bottlings of the new Wine Cask Series are available - and promise diverse perspectives on classic GlenAllachie Speyside Scotch Whisky.
