Nose: at the beginning rhubarb, tropical fruits and syrup, then aromas of fresh shortbread and coconut flakes follow - smoked meat and sugar cane in the background
Taste: almonds, fresh cake with pecans, with butterscotch and some peat - behind it the scent of fresh cigars and old books
Finish: now the peat smoke is more obvious, plus the scent of old warehouses - earthy with notes of old linen slightly fruity with notes of molasses and sweet prosciutto ham
