Double Peat is a blended malt whiskey that brings two whisky regions together in the smokiest way.
The scotch whisky in ideal drinking strength combines peated single malts from the storm-lashed Hebridean island of Islay with smoky single malts from Speyside - a rarity.
The maritime smoky note of the Islay component harmoniously complements the sweet, herbaceous smoke of the Speyside malts.
A hearty, full-bodied and wonderfully balanced scotch whisky for the curious.

Nose: smoky and intense with BBQ aromas, grilled green pepper, moist embers and a maritime saltiness carried by a grassy freshness
Taste:
Layers of peat and olives intertwine and merge with streaky bacon, chimney soot and warm wood spices
Finish: 
Notes of cigar smoke and liquorice slowly turn into tingling, sweet spices and let the cloves and anise linger on the tongue.
