Mackmyra brings two limited special editions onto the market every year - always with reference to the flavors of the respective season.
The Swedes are celebrating the long-awaited beginning of spring this year with the single malt Björksav on the barrels in which a large part of the Whisky was matured.
They were pre-filled with birch wine from the Swedish winery Grythyttan.
The small manufacturer produces the fresh, herbaceous-lemony white Wine from the juice of the birch, which is in the Spring is tapped.
