A Premium Blended Whisky by Sasanokawa Shuzo from Japan.
The Japanese word Yamazakura is composed of two Japanese symbols - "Yama" means mountain and "Sakura" refers to the cherry trees, a symbol of ephemeral beauty.
Nose: soft and very aromatic with clear elderflower, caramel and a slightly salty note
Taste: soft and pleasantly light with balanced notes of ripe pears, fresh vanilla and citrus fruits, barley in the background
Finish: medium-length finish - again the vanilla and barley to a fine, slightly salty note
