The first lightly peated single malt from the Highland distillery Tomatin.
- Aroma: fresh and spicy with light smoke aromas - in the background citrus fruits, almonds and aniseed
- Taste: soft in the taste with a very pleasant mouthfeel, the smoke becomes clearer, there are notes of honey, cinnamon and cloves - the anise comes through again
- Finish: the smoke is retained, slightly sweet
Cù Bòcan (spoken: Kü Boken) is Gaelic and means ghost dog.
Scotland is a land of stories and legends - this story tells of a large, black monster that roams the moors of the Highlands.
Legend has it that the monster is rarely seen, once per generation.
An employee of the distillery says that he met the monster late in the evening, but despite his fear he wanted to touch the creature and only reached into the blue smoke that evaporated in the moor ...

Die Beschreibung deutet es schon an: Raucharomen im Aroma, deutlicher im Geschmack und immer noch stark im Abgang - mir gefällt das, derzeit einer meiner Lieblingswhisky.
