Product information "Plantation Barbados 2011 One Time Limited Edition 51,1%vol. 0,7l"
The maturation took place for 4.5 years in American ex-Bourbon barrels, followed by a 4.5-year finish in Ferrand cognac barrels.
The rum is gentle and soft on the palate with spicy and fruity notes.

Nose: starting with woody and spicy aromas of cinnamon, pepper and ginger, afterwards the bouquet becomes fruity with raisins, plums and citrus peel - hazelnuts and almonds in the background
Taste: initially gentle and very fruity with raisins and walnuts - in the course the taste becomes stronger and drier with aromas of chocolate, vanilla, caramel and nutmeg , as well as cooked fruits and citrus peel
Finish: long and soft with a pleasant sweetness
