It was matured eleven years in American exBourbon Casks, followed by three years of finishing in Ferrand Cognac Casks.
The Rum is gentle and soft on the palate with notes of dark chocolate and passion fruit.

Nose: at the beginning aromas of dark chocolate and vanilla, plus spicy wood - in the background citrus fruits and passion fruits
Taste: gentle and soft on the palate with nuances of chocolate and passion fruit
Finish: long finish with notes of dried fruits, nuts and cinnamon
