Product information "Marzadro Grappa Bivitigno Aromatica 41%vol. 0,7l"
Grappa made from two pomace of white Trentino grapes, Gewürztraminer and Muscat.
The distillation takes place slowly according to the method in a hot water bath in a discontinuous steam still.
This preserves all the aromatic substances in the vines and guarantees optimal results in terms of aromas and fragrances.

Muscat is one Grape variety grown in the sunny soils of Vallagarina, mainly in the municipalities of Calliano and Besenello.
Gewürztraminer, a grape variety native to Trentino Alto Adige, is in this region between 300 and 500 m above sea level cultivated.

By cleverly combining these two varieties, we get "Aromatica", a grappa with an intensely aromatic, floral scent with citrus notes and a harmonious and velvety structure.
