Grappa that is made from two pomace of white Trentino grapes, Chardonnay and Müller-Thurgau.
The distillation takes place slowly according to the method in a hot water bath in a discontinuous steam still.
This preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines and guarantees optimal results in terms of aromas and fragrances
The Chardonnay is a grape variety grown in suitable areas of Vallagarina (lower Trentino) at altitudes between 200 and 500 m above sea level is grown.
The Müller-Thurgau is grown on the Brentonico plateau, in some areas of the high hills of Vallagarina and in the Val di Cembra.
By cleverly combining these two types, we get “Delicata”, a grappa with a typically herbal scent and a gentle, fresh and particularly elegant structure.
