Distilled on March 13, 2008, the single malt whisky matured over 12 years in three former Bourbon Barrels, on November 24, 2020 Signatory filled the Barrels to 710 bottles from.
Nose: roasted barley and intense aromas of honey and ground black pepper
Taste: fresh bread and rye, with sweet jam and light wood smoke
Finish: medium finish with fruity- spicy tones and freshly cut grass
