For the production of their fruity single malts, the artisan distillers are not influenced by the fast pace of the metropolis. With attention to detail, they create one of the few English whiskys in limited batch sizes as well as celebrated single cask bottlings.
A small batch release from former Bourbon Casks - Batch #2 spoils the nose and palate with fruity notes of green apples and stone fruit, sweet grain notes, as well as creamy vanilla, caramel and fine spice.
