This 15-year-old rum comes from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados - A single Cask was selected.
The rum matured for 15 years in selected former bourbon Casks in the Caribbean - then another nine months in refilled ex-bourbon Casks in Scotland.

Nose: lush aromas of green tea and honey, followed by spicy lemon peel, then a hint of ginger and butterscotch

Taste: rich notes of barley, followed by dry spices such as cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
