Product information "Dodd's Gin Old Tom Small Batch 46%vol. 0,5l"
Dodd's Gin is produced by the London Distillery Company since its inception in 2011.

The Dodd's Gin comes from 2 different distillation methods. While some of the botanicals are classically flowing through a copper blast, the flavors of other ingredients are extracted by vacuum distillation.
Botanicals used here include juniper, angelica, lemon peel, laurel, raspberry leaf and real London honey.
Both distillation products are married and then with 49.9% vol. Alcohol content bottled and labeled by hand.

The taste of Dodd's Gin is pleasantly spicy with juniper, angelica and ginger.
It is accompanied by sparkling citrus notes, a hint of vanilla and a fine sweetness.
The honey gives the gin a full-bodied mouthfeel.

Of course, as gin and tonic, but also a pure pleasure!
