On the estate of the Cachoeira Farm the first gin distillery in Brazil and Amázzoni is the first Brazilian gin that reflects the spirit of its people and the centuries-old traditions of the country.
The ingredients for this premium gin consist of eleven botanicals, such as juniper, bay leaf, lemon, Coriander, mandarine and pink pepper, including five botanicals from the heart of the Amazon forest: cocoa, Brazil nut, Maxixe (cucumber), Victoria Regia (water lily) and Cipò Cravo (clove vine).
Ingredients that have never been used before to make one Gins were used.
Crystal clear, pure spring water from the Amazon rainforest is added to this unique blend and the whole is macerated in grain alcohol.
The distillation takes place in a specially made, large, majestic copper pot still - the first developed Pot Still in Brasili en.
The exclusive design of the Amázzoni bottle is based on a medicine bottle from the Renaissance period, made from recycled glass, and offers this exclusive Amázzoni gin a transparent appearance.
Nose: wonderfully fragrant aromas of juniper , Bay leaf and coriander as well as slight hints of Brazil nut
Taste: soft and concentrated with spicy notes of juniper, lemon and coriander, which also play a gentle part in the pleasant finish
