Nose: initially ripe currants and blackberries, then aromas of luscious fruit cake with hints of vanilla and canned mandarins

Taste: soft and mouth-filling with notes of ripe apples, figs, cane sugar and maple syrup - followed by tones of dark chocolate, freshly roasted coffee and ripe nectarines
Finish: medium finish with fine, spicy notes of oak and fresh vanilla
