Nose: distinct sherry sweetness, with vanilla and some ginger - a slight smoky note in the background
Palate: wonderfully soft, accompanied by intense fruity notes, reminiscent of dry fruits - especially plums and apricots - again savor the sherry, add spicy notes and again the smoke
Finish: again the dried fruit and the spices - but especially sweet toffee notes
