Taste: smoked paprika and cumin spices mixed with a bitter sweetness - clearly apple candy and slightly burnt upside-down pear cake - then more spiciness with notes of crispy ginger-nut biscuits and a drop of star anise oil
Finish: weathered leather, raw cocoa pieces and the tingling of allspice pepper, balanced by Danish shortbreads
