Nose: marzipan and lemon sorbet, then ripe apples, Toffee and cinnamon - in the background pear fruit candies and almonds
Taste: dark and rich with notes of coffee, preserved plums and orange peel, then maraschino cherries and freshly cut apple wood
Finish: malted barley and burning peat logs, dark chocolate and matured Chardonnay - above all cantaloupe melon
