For the sensitive selection and combination of the barrels for GlenAllachie's first cuvée, Cask talent Billy Walker is exactly the right person.
The single malt whisky, bottled exclusively for Germany, initially matured in barrels made of American oak.
For one For an additional, aromatic maturation process, Billy Walker carefully selected barrels from the French wine region Burgundy filled with Pinot Noir - and finally married the single malt with single malt whisky, which was matured in intense Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons.
