Savanna "Unshared Casks" are unique rum Casks that are made with leading international rum enthusiast from the best rum qualities of the Savanna - distillery have been specially selected for these exclusive bottlings.
The Cask-No. #525 is a Rhum Traditionnel that was made in 2006 from molasses, which was distilled directly from at the Bois Rouge sugar refinery.
For storage the distillate in November 2006 in a selected, former Cognac Cask (single cask) filled and matured there for more than 13 years in the sultry warmth of the Cellar Vault No. 2 of the Savanna distillery.
This single Cask , convincing with its typical, pure taste profile of Reunion Island, became exclusive bottled for Germany.
Bottled without chillfiltration in the original cask strength with an alcohol content of 64.8%vol.
