Founded in 1886, the world-famous distillery from Speyside in Scotland is still owned by the Grant family today - now in its fifth generation.
In the Valley of the Stag (Gaelic: Glenfiddich) the first distillate flowed from the still at Christmas 1887.
The Glenfiddich 14 year old Bourbon Barrel Reserve matured exclusively in former Bourbon Barrels.
The result is a harmonious single malt - pleasantly light and mild strong> with intense notes of vanilla and caramel.

- Nose: strong aromas of freshly cut vanilla pods and spicy oak, behind them brown cane sugar and candied orange peel - in the background sweet, baked apple

- Finish: long and pleasantly sweet - caramel and apples present, plus malty hints
