The fifth edition of the strictly limited Sild edition! Distilled in the Slyrs distillery, matured on the cutter "The Angel's Share" in the port of List of the island of Sylt.
The Whiskey with Sylt barley and after maturation in a maritime climate with Sylt spring water to a drinking strength of 48%vol. alcohol content reduced.
Nose: mixed flavors, plus a little vanilla and malt - a little iodine, seaweed and white pepper
Taste: like a fresh sea breeze, slightly salty, again the malty notes - tart and sweet at the same time.
Finish: long finish, pleasantly peaty and complex
