Product information "Plantation Fiji Islands 9 year old Linie Aquavit 48,6%vol. 0,7l"
This rum matured for seven years on the Fiji Islands in former bourbon barrels, then Ferrand let the rum mature for another 1.5 years in barrels of the Chateau de Bonbonnet in France.
The final finish took place for another 4.5 months (02/26/2020 to 07/12/2020) in the former Aquavit line around the world Casks of the famous caraway spirit.

The Aquavit line is a caraway spirit that matured in former sherry Casks for 19 weeks.
That's what it does loaded onto ships and loaded onto a small trip around the world sent.
On this trip through cross the Casks in different climates and cross the equator twice.

Nose: intense, exotic fruits and hints of smoke and cocoa
Taste: Mint and spicy freshness from Aquavit vermi blend with the spicy woodiness of Fijian Rum
