The Bottling of the Wolfburn Vibrant Still for Germany of the year 2020 is limited to 1,100 bottles - one vatting from one fresh exBourbon Barrel and a former Pedro Ximénez Sherry Butt.
Both Casks come from the first year of distillation in 2013 and matured for seven years before they were married and with an alcohol content of 50%vol. were bottled.
Of course bottled without chillfiltration and without dyes and for the first time in a gift tube!
Nose: sweet and nutty, clearly milk chocolate and almonds, followed by blood oranges, sultanas - rum balls and delicate spices in the background Outturn: 1,100 bottles
