For the ninth edition of the Small Batch series for Germany, three Casks were selected - one exSherry Butt and two Refill Hogsheads.
For the ninth edition of the Small Batch series for Germany, three Casks were selected - one exSherry Butt and two Refill Hogsheads.
The Casks were matured for 13 years - time enough to develop the bright amber color naturally.
Nose: strong Sherry aromas, noticeably soft honey, in the background the typical Linkwood light fruit aromas
Taste: dark fruits like cherries and currants combine with dark chocolate, mocha and l oak tones
Finish: long finish - speculoos and white pepper, with the dark chocolate and red fruits again
