Distilled on July 14th 2010, the Single Malt Whisky matured over ten years in Cask #184, bottled on September 3rd, 2020.
Nose: spicy oak and pastry aromas, plus sherry aromas with liquorice and some fennel seeds
Taste: the pastries again, with caramel and floral notes - then clearly sherry and dark chocolate again
Finish: short, warm finish with light sherry tones
