The rum matured for 22 years in the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica in 200l exBourbon Casks - then for another two years in 400l Bonbonnet Casks from Ferrand in France.
Nose: this rum has an extremely strong aroma - at the beginning it shows an extremely fruity profile of bitter orange peels with gingerbread, cinnamon, nutmeg and guava in the background
