This rum matured in Panama for ten years in former Bourbon Casks, then Ferrand let the rum mature for another two years in the Casks of the Chateau de Bonbonnet in France.
The final finish took place for one year in former champagne Casks from France.

Nose: sweet pastries and light aromas of light fruits, with some black pepper and nutmeg
Taste: the pastries again, then light tones of vanilla and nuts - above all notes of light chocolate
