The family-run Wessex Distillery, based in the Surrey Hills in England, has produced this delicious Gooseberry & Elderflower gin.
The Gooseberry and Elderflower Gin is made with real cold-pressed gooseberry juice and distilled elderflower in a Rotavate vacuum still.
The delicate flavors from the elderflower are carefully vacuum distilled, under high pressure but at a lower temperature to ensure that the delicious aromas of the elderflower are retained.
This process creates a completely new taste profile, because the sweet and tangy gooseberry goes perfectly with the fragrant elderflower.
The main ingredient juniper, as well as wonderful citrus fruits and earthy botanicals give the Gooseberry and Elderflower Gin depth and warmth.
