The Wessex goal is exceptional gins and fruity spirit usen made from fresh fruits of the region and natural ingredients.
The Wyvern's Classic Gin is a real premium London Dry Gin bottled with a proper 47% alcohol content - just the thing for the London Dry Gin- fan base.
Before the distillation, all botanicals are infused for 12 hours, which makes this gin gives its fiery, spicy character.
Nose: lots of juniper and liquorice, peppery and warming - behind it sweeter notes of honey and lemon, but the fiery note is retained throughout
Taste: powerful, fiery and full-bodied on the palate - the balance of Botanicals so balanced that none overshadows the others
