The gin from the Black Forest, matured in the mulberry wine Barrel! - a completely different monkey ....
After the gin has been distilled, it is stored in former 110-liter mulberry wine barrels for 180 days - this maturation gives the gin its color, its extraordinary aroma and its special taste.

Behind this successful recipe is the name Montgomery Collins, a diplomat's son who spent his childhood in East Asia and got to know Berlin after the end of the war - Collins found his new home in the Black Forest and created this first-class gin.

A dry gin with a very pure and intense juniper note, spicy and above all peppery notes, lovely with the classic citrus note and a fruity bitterness, triggered by the cranberries - complex and elegantly balanced.
