A single malt whisky from the Scottish Speyside!
For this bottling, Signatory selected two hogsheads from the Knockando distillery.
Distilled on Juli 20, 2007, the Hogsheads were matured for twelve years until June 10, 2020, then married the independent bottler put the Casks together and filled them into the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Nose: spicy aromas reminiscent of tobacco leaves, cardamom and malt - then dried herbs, some vanilla and slightly fruity notes
Taste: spicy and rich in taste, again the spicy notes and the malt, then the fruity notes become more present
Finish: medium-long in the finish - soft and fruity with slightly spicy notes
