A Welsh experiment! This Welsh single malt whisky from Penderyn matured in a former Scotch single malt whisky Cask.
Nose: sweet at the beginning with clearly fruity aromas, plus vanilla, apples and ripe bananas - behind it a little toffee and orange peel
Taste: very fruity in the taste, with soft spicy notes and exotic wood
Finish: sweet and soft in the finish with a trace of dry oak spice and boiled black fruits.
