An elegant rum made from rum qualities from Barbados and Jamaica.
First matured in 200 liter white oak barrels in Barbados and Jamaica, then in smaller barrels at the Chateau de Bonbonnet in France.
Nose: Danish pastries at the beginning, then boiled apples, vanilla and caramel, behind it honey and allspice, a little camphor
Taste: full in taste, the palate holds what the nose promises, now becoming more spicy with notes of cinnamon and cloves Fudge and custard - then pears, peaches, coconut, almonds and coffee
Finish: long finish with clear liquorice, molasses, cocoa and nutmeg
