A 30-year-old single grain whisky from a former sherry butt from the Scottish Invergordon distillery, bottled by the independent bottler Wemyss on only 461 bottles.

Nose: rich and intense with aromas of date compote, fig sauce and roasted nuts

Taste: a real sherry bomb with luscious notes of brown sugar, exotic spices and creamy nuttiness - clearly roasted almonds and chestnuts with caramel sauce , behind it rum raisins and fruit cake
Finish: sweet tannins are added to the finish
