Clynelish with a difference! An exceptional single cask filling, in addition to fruity notes, elegant tones of malt and mint are found here. Distilled in 1995, this single malt whisky matured for 24 years in a former bourbon hogshead, then Wemyss filled the barrel to only 241 bottles in 2020.
Nose: lush with numerous exotic fruits such as apricots, mango, papaya and pineapple - with water rhubarb, citrus and fine pine aromas as well as toffee ice cream develop
Taste: mouth filling and oily on the palate - typical for Clynelish with all the fruits already present in the nose and a nice spicy maltiness Finish: balsa wood, creamy curd cake and a fine fresh mint note
