Distilled from 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley - the carbon filtration is the same as all the other qualities of Jack Daniel's.
Nose: roasted bananas, clearly chocolate and a trace of malted barley
Taste: Spicy in the taste with notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, then the chocolate again, to tones of baked apples
Finish: the finish is pleasantly spicy - clearly black pepper and oak
