Distilled on February 07, 2008, this Single Malt Whisky from Edradour's Scottish Highland distillery matured for over 12 years in Cask #23, before the Cask was bottled on February 18, 2020, at only 685 decanter bottles.
Nose: soft toffee fudge and light chocolate, followed by slightly spicy aromas of fresh garden herbs - in the background a little malt and oak
Taste: again the pleasant toffee sweetness and the chocolate, now notes mature, red fruits, red marmalade and cane sugar
Finish: long and pleasantly sweet - after a while spicy with a slight ginger note
