Sanaig is a composition from four and five year old exBourbon and exOloroso sherry casks, the proportion of exSherry casks used here is significantly higher than for Machir Bay bottling.
Nose: soft fruits with caramel and vanilla
Taste: toffee and peat smoke - then light citrus notes and a gentle sweetness, paired with clearly dark chocolate
Finish: very nice balance between hen peat smoke, ripe fruit and sweetness
