In 2020, the Campbeltown distillery Glen Scotia will again be presenting a magnificent single malt whisky for the Campbeltown Malts Festival 2020 .
This is the third bottling of this type, the is available outside of Campbeltown!

Casks from 2004, 2005 and 2006, this peat single malt whisky matured in refill American oak hogsheads, medium charred American oak barrels and first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels.
Then the Casks were married and on June 25, 2019 for eight months in first-fill exTawny port wine hogsheads finished.

Nose: fruity aromas of red berries and blueberries - behind it the salty spray of the ocean
Taste: soft and mouth-filling with fresh notes of green apples, plus peach syrup, vanilla and an elegant honey sweetness
Finish: warm and long with spicy notes - with dark berries, especially black currants and peat smoke
