The independent bottler Duncan Taylor creates this soft, elegant infused gin - in addition to the classic juniper berries, Angelica root, cinnamon bark, licorice, Coriander and lemon peel there are also almonds, Iris root, orange peel and of course the eponymous Saffron.
It is also the saffron that is responsible for the yellowish color - the valuable spice makes the gin a soft gin with an intense taste.
