This single grain whisky comes from Scotland's large grain distillery Port Dundas at a proud age of 26. Distilled on March 14, 1991, the whisky matured over 26 years in Hogshead #50408, then Signatory filled the Hogshead on 08 November 2017 to only 235 bottles in the Cask Strength Collection.
Nose: soft roasted aromas and dark fruits, plus slight hints of vanilla and spicy oak Taste: fresh and pure in taste, at the beginning ripe cereals and again the roasted notes, then creamy notes paired with tropical fruits and ground black pepper Finish: long in the finish - spicy with notes of ginger, cereals and ripe fruits
