The small distillery Cley in Rotterdam in the Netherlands is operated by Paul den Dulk & Maria de Sena Neves. In addition to malt and rye whiskys, gin qualities are also produced in small batches.
A single malt whisky, stored for three years in former bourbon casks, then for a finish in Toasted Virgin American Oak Casks stored. Triple distilled, a very soft and mild whisky with elegant notes of vanilla, spicy oak and freshly baked.
