Batch 155 is limited to 5,300 bottles worldwide.
First, the single malt whisky matured for five years in former bourbon Casks, then for another six months in ex-port wine Casks in the Warehouse No. 1 of the distillery - in row 55 - hence the name Batch No. 155.
Nose: soft aromas of spicy heather , clearly the port wine
Taste: at the beginning vanilla and Caramel, ginger and spicy oak behind
Finish: in the medium-long finish, a mix of port wine and caramel, then dried fruit.
