Springbank's seventh edition of the 25-year-old - bottled in 2020, matured at 50% each in ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry Casks. Only 104 bottles found their way to Germany!
Nose: violet, fresher Rhubarb with vanilla sauce - behind it some grapefruit, malt and the scent of honeycomb Taste: rich and mouth-filling in taste with notes of vanilla, fudge and fresh tobacco - smoked sausage in the background Finish: clearly the moist bottom of a finish old Dunnage warehouse, with honey-glazed ham and waxy orange peel
