In a Pot Still-Column Still combination called Prudence (yes, every gin still has its own name!), Sipsmith distils the first true London gin for 200 years!
With ten herbs and fruits (Botanicals) a real Artisan gin is created here.
Nose: flowery as a summer meadow, then gentle aromas of juniper and a pleasant citrus freshness
Taste: pleasant mouthfeel, again the juniper berries, now getting sweeter with lemongrass and orange marmalade
Finish: very dry and spicy - and again the juniper berries and the lemon zest
