Distilled on November 10, 2006, this single malt whisky was aged in traditional oak Casks for the first nine years.
On November 12, 2015, Tomatin transferred the whisky to former Amontillado sherry Butts for a second maturation.
Nose: strong in the aroma with a lot of dark chocolate and dried fruits
Taste: again the chocolate, with fruity notes, a little sherry and espresso
Finish: long and oily in the finish with clearly nutty tones - above all Amontillado sherry
