The perfect recipe for this:
Take 25ml Talisker 10 years, 30ml boiling water, add 28g cocoa powder and 150ml milk - mix everything.
Then 10ml of maple syrup and a few small marshmallows on top - the warming trunk is ready!

Nose: Dominant is the strong peat smoke and the saltiness of the sea water, plus fresh oysters and citrus fruits
Taste: soft notes of dried fruit, with smoke and strong notes of malted barley, followed by a tremendous amount of pepper
Finish: long-lasting finish, again peppery, warm and appetizing sweet
