A small treasure from the Scottish Highlands - A.D. Rattray selected a ten-year-old Knockdhu for this single-cask bottling, distilled on May 6, 2009, matured the former Bourbon Barrel until September 27, 2019, then A.D. Rattray the cask on just 203 bottles.
Nose: clearly ripe pineapple, with grapefruit and lychee
Taste: in the taste Notes of pear drops, then cinnamon and banana chips
Finish: on the finish like a tropical fruit salad with a dash of citrus fruit and some vanilla
